Mounting Washers for Radio Transistors

Mica Film washers with a thickness of 0.001" to 0.002" ( 0.025mm to 0.050mm) are used as mounting washers for radio transistors because of Mica's excellent mechanical & electrical properties. Mica washers dissipate heat away from the transistor, have low moisture absorption and have high resistance to surface leakage.
